Career Transformation Award from Coursera

CalArts has been awarded the 2023 Coursera Outstanding Achievement award for Career Transformation, an achievement brought by the success of the online course: Fundamentals of Graphic Design. The private ceremony, which took place April 14, was attended virtually by higher ed institutions and thought leaders across the world. According to Coursera’s internal data, 78% of respondents reported a career benefit from the course, with 29% reportedly getting a new job as a direct result of the skills acquired from the course.
